When you point your mouse, you expect certain things to happen. If they don't, connect to our Remote Support service and show us the problem. We can watch as you replicate the problem, then simply take control and resolve it for you.

Is it Secure ?

Very! Our Remote Support system depends on your starting a session with a unique pin number - you control whether we can connect to your machine, not us. Once the session is ended, all contact with your computer stops until you request another support session.
